Armors in Graz Armory Museum

GRAZ, Austria--Don't feel bad if you've never heard of Graz. Even though it's this year's (2003) European Capital of Culture, Austria's second-largest city and, even more fascinating, Arnold Schwarzenegger's birthplace, the city gets treated a little bit like the peasant stepsister. But thanks to its status as Cultural Capital in 2003, (it is the only European city this year to have the honor), Graz is about to have a Cinderella moment.
