Dr Duerinckx is Professor and Chairman of Radiology at the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC. He is also an international consultant, a cardiac radiologist, and the Chairman of the Cardiac Subcommittee for the 2008 and 2009 RSNA Scientific Program Committee (SPC). Cardiac CT & MR Imaging are becoming more visible at RSNA.

The RSNA is the Radiological Society of North America. Dr Duerinckx is also a Past President and an active Board member of the North American Society for Cardiac Imaging (NASCI).

  His most recent 320, 256 & 64 slice "International" Cardiac CTA Course was April 2-5, 2009 in Naples, Florida at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, an LXR Resort.

Dr Duerinckx was a Professor of Radiology at the Case University Medical Center, and has worked with some of the most advanced CT and MR technology to allow the performance of Cardiac CT and MR examinations. Dr Duerinkcx offfers a variety of training and educational programs in this field to expose clinicians, technologists and other interested parties to this new technology.

and two half days of hands on case discusssions and demonstrations.

FEES: The fee for Cardiac CT Training Course (Thursday through Sunday, April 2 - 5, 2009) was $950 for physicians.

CME: It is the policy of the International Institute for Continuing Medical Education, Inc. (iiCME) to comply with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) Standards for commercial support of CME activities.

During each course, participants will have extensive exposure to interpretation of coronary CT angiography data sets, including hands-on evaluation of 50 cases, some with correlation to invasive coronary angiography.
(50 cases guaranteed in 2 half day sessions over 2 days)

Level I Certificates will not be issued after each class. Courses based on the ACCF/AHA and ACR Guidelines.
